Trend spotting
Ayn Rand and Chuck Klosterman, to me, are very similar. I’ve read bits of their work and have tried to actually finish something notable by them. Every attempt results in mild anger, thrown paperbacks, and strained eyeballs.
OH. I should include Keith Gessen in that list. Because he does the same thing to me!
