CORY.

An informal straw poll has indicated that three people understand the reference. I am okay with that.

I’ve been rewatching The L Word because…I don’t know. I had some time to kill and it was available on Netflix Watch Instantly?
I need to avoid thinking too much about what happened, because really it took some inexplicable and confounding turns and the way in which it was filmed is just utterly perplexing (those over-saturated pastels, that vaseline focus, and the relentless “serious”/arty/pretentious framing).
But I’m a compulsive multi-tasker, and have a tendency to over-IMDB everything that I’m watching, which is where I came across this. The missing preposition is probably less likely to catch you unless there’s something distracting you (like the entire Max/Moira…stuff).
My initial reading/substitution was “from”, which made perfect sense and didn’t seem at all odd. But then I couldn’t actually remember that happening? And really, I had to think about it, which I guess kind of neatly describes what this show became.
